  Charlotte Allen PLC was formed in 1997 by Charlotte L. Allen. Formerly serving as a Friend of the Court, and legal aid attorney. Ms. Allen began the firm, specializing in family law and estate practice. Appellate advocacy and mediation are growing areas of the practice.
