Paralegal Tania Hopkins has been with Chadbourne Law Offices since March 2004. Tania received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with high honors, from the University of Maine in Orono with a major in political science and a pre-law concentration. She was a student senator and the President of the InterDormitory Board of Student Government. She received her paralegal training at Student Legal Services at UMO, and worked as a student paralegal there her senior year.
After graduating, Tania worked as a litigation paralegal in several firms in both Boston and Portland. She gained further experience as a Commercial Loan Administrator at Fleet Bank and Recall Management Services. She uses her legal and financial experience to help clients complete necessary financial documentation and basic legal paperwork.
Tania is the mother of two school-aged children. She lives in Portland with her husband, kids, and overactive puppy. She was an at-home mom for nearly ten years, and continues to work part time to be more involved in her children's lives. She enjoys all types of crafting and loves amateur construction projects. She is looking forward to completing a deluxe tree house this spring. She is also an active member of several organizations which support parents with special-needs children, including the Aspergers Association of New England.
