<p>The firm practices primarily in the area of family law, serving clients in Marietta and the Metro-Atlanta area. Mr. Kidd has been in practice since 1982 and has been an active member of the Cobb County Bar Association. He has served the Association's Board of Trustees and is past Chairman and founding member of the Family Law Section, as well as past Chairman of the Trial Lawyer's Section (1994-1996). Other memberships include the Family Law Section of the Atlanta and Georgia Bar Associations, and the Collaborative Law Institute of Georgia. He has served as a Guardian ad Litem in the local courts, and is a Certified Mediator. Mr. Kidd served as an Associate Judge in the Marietta Municipal Court (1991-1993) and has been active in the community through Jaycees and other various organizations. | |
