Our Process

Our firm prides itself in being as careful as possible in only accepting valid and worthwhile legal actions after intensely screening each situation.  Some situations, primarily motor vehicle accidents, can be reviewed and accepted during the first interview or shortly after reviewing the police report.  Other types of incidents, such as those suggesting poor medical care or a workplace safety problem as a cause for injury or death, require much more investigation and screening.

Our office employs paralegals and a nurse to organize and assemble details, and to do research.  We have a physician who comes on the premises of our office to review case files.  And, we employ traditional investigators and photographers for workplace injuries, premises related injuries and cases involving dangerous products.

In most every case we employ the best experts to testify at trial, with all the expenses advanced by our office.  We strive to locate and engage the best doctors, engineers and other professionals in the United States to provide opinions in our cases.
