What is Mr. Hogan's experience?

Mr. Hogan has been defending DUI cases since 1980.  He has handled over 500 DUI cases.  He has practiced in 69 courts in 19 counties throughout the state of Washington.  Your case will be handled by Mr. Hogan personally, not handed off to an assistant.

What does the $1500 cover?

If your DUI case is in King, Pierce or Snohomish County, then the $1500 covers everything that is normally needed, such as:

1.  Plea Bargain.  If you want to seek a compromise, then Mr. Hogan will negotiate with the prosecuting attorney on your behalf.

2.  Deferred Prosecution.  If you choose to volunteer for an alcohol treatment program, then Mr. Hogan will ask the court to dismiss the DUI charge in exchange.

3.  Trial. If you want to fight the DUI charge all the way, then Mr. Hogan will represent you at trial.

4.  Department of Licensing.  If you request a hearing within 20 days and pay the $200 Department of Licensing filing fee, then Mr. Hogan can fight the suspension of your driver's license.
