Follow the signs for 280 West. Set your odometer to zero as you pass the entrance to The Summit on your right. Pass Chevron on the left (.1) and cross Dolly Ridge Road (.4). Turn left onto Rocky Ridge (1.6). Pass Rocky Brook on the right (2.2) and Tanglecreek on the left (3.0). Pass Tanglewood on the right (3.4) and Countrywood on the left (4.0). At 4.4 miles, look for a large sign on the right that says "Rocky Ridge Square" and "Western Supermarkets."  Turn right just after the sign onto Morgan Drive.

Pass Western on the right and cross the bridge. Just past Morgan Manor apartments, turn into a set of three one-story office buildings on the right (4.7).  The office is in the third building, in the middle on the front, with "3280" over the entrance way, "Suite 104" above the door, and "alabama family law center" on the door.

Pass through Homewood and Brookwood Hospital on the left and come up the hill.  Pass the round white Vestavia Temple monument on your right. Set your odometer to zero as you cross the next street, Shades Crest Road. Pass Stein Mart (.5) and Publix (.6) on the right, then U-Haul on the right (1.0) and Ethan Allen on the left (1.1). Pass a softball field (1.5) and a Winn-Dixie (1.7), both on the right. Get in the left lane and watch for a small blue sign at Premier Gymnastics on the right that says "High School."

Turn left onto Vestridge Dr. and follow the "High School" signs as you meander through the neighborhood.  You'll be veering right to stay on Vestridge (2.2), turning left onto Gay Way (2.4), turning left onto Panorama Drive (2.7), and turning right onto Lime Rock Road (2.8).  You'll pass Vestavia Hills High School on your right (3.1).  Then turn right on Morgan Drive (3.2).

Pass Fire Station No. 3 on the right.  The driveway to the office is to the left at the bottom of the hill (3.4).  AFLC is in the first of three one-story office buildings in the middle on the front, with "3280" over the entrance way, "Suite 104" above the door, and "alabama family law center" on the door.

Exit at Acton Road (Exit 17) and turn toward Vestavia.  If you've been traveling east on 459 (from I-65 toward 280) it's a left turn, and if you're traveling west (from 280 toward I-65) you'll veer right.  Set your odometer to zero.

Turn right at AAA Alabama onto Old Rocky Ridge Road (.4).  Veer right onto Rocky Ridge Road (1.0). Pass Hamilton Square on the left (1.3). Pass CVS on the left and BP on the right at 1.5. Turn left onto Morgan Drive just in front of the sign for "Rocky Ridge Square" and "Western Supermarkets" (1.7).

Pass Western on the right and cross the bridge. Just past Morgan Manor apartments, turn into a set of three one-story office buildings on the right (2.0).  The office is in the third building, in the middle on the front, with "3280" over the entrance way, "Suite 104" above the door, and "alabama family law center" on the door.

Exit I-65 at Exit 252.  Head north on Highway 31. Set your odometer to zero as you pass the Chevron station on the left. Pass Comfort Inn on the right, Hampton Inn on the left (.3), Pier One on the right (.6), and Vestavia Park apartments on the right (.9). Turn right onto Vestridge Dr. at the small blue sign that says "High School" (1.0).

Follow the "High School" signs to meander through the neighborhood.  You'll be veering right (1.2) to stay on Vestridge, turning left (1.4) onto Gay Way, turning left (1.7) onto Panorama Drive, and turning right (1.8) onto Lime Rock Road.  You'll pass Vestavia Hills High School on your right (2.0).  Then turn right on Morgan Drive (2.1).
