Office hours and appointments:

»  Regular office hours are 9:00 to 5:30 Monday through Friday.

»  Evening and weekend appointments are available by special arrangement.

»  We make house calls! To homes, hospitals, and nursing homes, by appointment.

Some typical fees:

»  Will-based Estate Plans: Simple Will $500; Tax-planned Will (Bypass Trust) $1000;  Each Additional Trust, Add $100. Spouse's Will with similar provisions is half-price.

»  Living Trust Estate Plans (a one-person trust): Simple Trust $1000; Tax-planned Trust (Bypass Trust) $1400; Each Additional Trust,  Add $100.

»  Joint Trust Estate Plans (a married couple's joint trust): Simple Trust $1500; Tax-planned Trust $2100; Each Additional Trust, Add $150.

All Estate Plans include Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Personal Property Lists.

»  Medicaid Asset Protection Planning:  Consultation and Custom Drafting available.

»  Other Trusts: Consultation fees, plus minimum $1500 document fee.

»  Premarital Agreements: Consultation fees, plus minimum $1000 document fee.

»  Custom Provisions: Hourly fees.

»  Estates (in probate or in trust) are billed at hourly rates (no percentage fees!).

»  First appointment is free of charge (except for Medicaid consultations, and second opinions).
