ATTORNEY BACKGROUND

Ms. Maples has owned and operated a specialized law firm since 1996.  She has practiced in Kitsap, Pierce, King, Snohomish, and Grays Harbor County.  She has appeared before Judges in administrative hearings, in Municipal, District, and Superior courts, representing clients in both state and federal cases.

She has a wide base of legal experience, including criminal and DUI defense work.  She also served for over two years as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the Department of Licensing.  This experience gives her a unique perspective on defense strategies for DUI clients.

Ms. Maples also has many years of family law practice.  She has handled divorce, custody, paternity and adoption cases for her clients.  She has worked on both domestic and international cases.  When it comes to families, Ms. Maples believes that working toward an amicable but fair solution is the best way to minimize the stress on the family and to build a solid foundation on which parents can continue to raise their children once they are no longer a couple.

The Law Office of Alisa Maples also handles personal injury cases, including dental and medical malpractice.  The firm also continues to build its client base in Entertainment Law. We currently representing local Artists, Writers, Directors, and Production Companies, in both the music and film industry.
