The firm has two offices. The main office is located in South Miami/Kendall area, and can be phoned at 305 671-8777, or faxed at 305 671-2278. The Ft. Lauderdale office can be reached at 954 772-8782, or faxed at 954 772 8783. Calls placed to the Ft. Lauderdale officed are forwarded to the Miami office where the full time staff work. Client files are maintained at the Miami office, and are carried to the Ft. Lauderdale location in time for scheduled appointments. This is a system designed by Mr. Shane several years ago, and it works flawlessly. There is a fee for the initial consultation. Mr Shane believes it is neccesary to charge a fee for the initial visit since the quality of information given to the prospective client at the initial interview is well worth the fee.
