Overview

Philip S. Coe is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice over the years has been wide-ranging, including complex antitrust and securities fraud cases, wrongful death and medical malpractice, personal injury, divorce and family law matters, probate litigation, real estate litigation and a host of other types of cases.  In December of 2001, Mr. Coe received a Master of Theological Studies degree from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University, one of thirteen United Methodist seminaries in the United States. The insights he has gained from this course of study have been extremely valuable in helping Mr. Coe assist clients of all faiths who may be experiencing the trauma of separation, divorce, family violence or other domestic problems.
