- Steve obtained a $1,800,000 products liability jury verdict for a long-haul trucker and his wife; because of a defective safety belt system, the trucker permanently lost his ability to work and play when he was thrown out of the truck's bunk compartment and onto the protruding instrument panel of a Freightliner Condo sleeper cab.
- Through settlements and private binding arbitration in R.I, Steve obtained a $350,000 resolution for an Aquidneck Island private entrepreneur who performed high tech soldering work and whose right hand was permanently damaged in an automobile crash.
- With co-counsel from Indiana, Steve obtained an injunction and later a $65 million commercial fraud judgment in the United States Federal District Court for Southern California on behalf of the Commercial Assigned Risk Insurance Plan, headquartered in Rhode Island, protecting their market in commercial trucking insurance.
