In his 27 plus years of real estate law experience, Mr. Holloway has represented hundreds of buyers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants of real estate in matters ranging from closings and documentation to more complex, multi-lot developments, zoning and subdivision approvals and tax deferred 1031 exchanges.

          The field of estate planning, wills and estate administration is ever-changing due to the constant changes in tax laws. Mr. Holloway has advised scores of clients regarding estate planning and the administration of the estates. The emphasis is always placed on the decisions that need to be made by the client for personal and not just tax considerations.

      Over the years, Mr. Holloway has accumulated a list of dozens of small business clients that he and the firm counsel on all aspects of their business and personal matters. Whether the client requires advice on expansion, asset acquisition, employee issues or diversification, the firm offers the resources the clients need. 

        Mr. Holloway has been actively involved in the Pottstown area community for over 25 years serving on charitable boards as diverse as the Pottstown Public Library, Helping Hands, Inc., The Child Development Foundation, and church boards. His interest in civic participation has led him to serve as a member of the Boards of the Lower Pottsgrove Township Authority, the Lower Pottsgrove Township Commissioners, and the Pottstown Metropolitan Regional Planning Commission. This involvement has naturally led Mr. Holloway to representing several local municipal bodies.
